Mrs. Dorthy Heater (Memo) needs your help.

Memo crochets beautiful little baby blankets for children in the South Texas and Mexico region. It is an activity that she greatly enjoys and has been doing for the last 5 years. Her blankets are well appreciated at the orphanages and are in high demand. If you would like to donate a roll of yarn for Memo’s baby blankets you can send it to Energies Balanced. It doesn’t matter what color the yarn is, Memo can mix and match anything to create a beautiful warm baby blanket. Thank you so much for your donations and remember there is a newborn somewhere who you have warmly touched.

There are many natural ways to keep our skin healthy and happy! Let’s start with hot/cold water shower therapy. This therapy is quick and easy. Start your morning shower as you normally do. Make sure to set the water temperature to warm instead of hot. Oh yeah, it doesn’t hurt to use an exfoliating sponge or brush which adds softness and shine to the skin. At the end of your shower turn the water setting to as cold as you can possibly stand. Take your time and allow the cold water to cover the entire body including the feet. That’s it, your done. You’ve just increased your circulation throughout your entire body strengthened your immune system and given your skin a shine!

To find lots more information on water therapy go to earthclinic.com.
