Cold Water Showers
There are many natural ways to keep our skin healthy and happy! Let’s start with hot/cold water shower therapy. This therapy is quick and easy. Start your morning shower as you normally do. Make sure to set the water temperature to warm instead of hot. Oh yeah, it doesn’t hurt to use an exfoliating sponge or brush which adds softness and shine to the skin. At the end of your shower turn the water setting to as cold as you can possibly stand. Take your time and allow the cold water to cover the entire body including the feet. That’s it, your done. You’ve just increased your circulation throughout your entire body strengthened your immune system and given your skin a shine!
