Getting Juiced Up

We were given a juicer as a wedding present and for three years it sat unused in the closet. Now that we’re growing a garden, we’ve started to employ this machine. We’re juicing and drinking carrots, apples, zucchini squash and other vegetables. The vitamins are having a great effect. We feel energized and lighter. This is an easy way to maintain our health.

Teaching Yoga at the YMCA in Austin

Lisa Johnson teaches Primary Ashtanga Yoga classes in Austin at the Town Lake YMCA. Modified Primary Ashtanga classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1 pm – 2:30 pm, and Ashtanga Fusion classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm.  Hatha alignment classes are Friday night’s from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm and on Saturdays from 12- 1:15 pm, there is a  non member fee 10.00 and no fee if you are a member of the YMCA. Lisa is excited to share the knowledge she has acquired from her teachers in the Living Yoga Program & The Austin  Yoga Institute where she studies Iyengar Yoga.  She is certified by the LYP and registered through The Yoga Registry as a RYT/200 instructor.
